YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Project Manager, you are the key player in the success of our construction projects. From the first site meeting to final delivery, you are the main point of contact for our clients and the on-site team.
- You maintain close contact with the client and site managers to ensure the smooth progress of the works. Clear and transparent communication regarding the schedule and potential impacts is essential.
- You work closely with the technical management. To do so, you master all the classic activities of a construction site and the different phases of work, from foundations to provisional acceptance.
- You ensure the successful execution of assigned projects, their administrative follow-up, and compliance with deadlines and costs within the budget.
- You have a strong commercial mindset.
PROFILE
- Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent skills acquired through experience.
- Excellent presentation, strong interpersonal skills, and ease in both written and oral communication.
- Several years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong command of Dutch. Knowledge of English is an asset.
- Experience in residential construction or a similar sector is a significant advantage.
