Dear Messrs Duchatel, Jaubin, Coltellaro, Deboulpaepe and Dubois,
I wish to send you this email to tell you how delighted we are with the house that you helped us build. I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the contacts we have had with your company over the past few months.
Firstly, we wish to thank Dirk Jaubin for his warm reception and the time he devoted to us during the early stages of our project. Mr Jaubin's manner was kind and friendly As you can imagine, there was a lot of stress involved at the start of a project. A building project is far from just a routine "purchase", it must be a considered choice and must be viable over the long term. It's the choice of a lifetime.
ALL of our questions were answered accurately and honestly. Mr Jaubin did not come across to us as a sales representative, but as someone we could trust and confide in. He allowed us to find a balance between choices of the heart and choices of reason. It is obvious that sales representatives like Mr Jaubin are the company's calling card, and are the first indication of its competency. We were entirely convinced after our contacts with Mr Jaubin that this construction project would be carried out in a diligent and professional way. I sincerely believe that the Mr Jaubin's watchword is humanity and empathy.
The next stage of the project was spent in the company of Mr Dubois. The tone was the same Competency, humanity, an ability to listen and impeccable follow-up. Thanks to Mr Dubois, our plans began to take shape. The ideas arrived in a jumble in our heads, and he helped us to give them some kind of order. He also brought a lot of common sense to bear on the design of our house, no easy thing when one is torn by choices of the heart. The contact with Mr Dubois was easy and a relationship of trust was quickly established. We sincerely thank him for his kindly and professional assistance.
From a technical point of view, the project was followed by Messrs Coltellaro and Deboulpaepe. Both were very involved in the project, quickly following-up my emails, telephone calls and faxes. Mr Deboulpaepe was very available, understanding and, at the risk of repeating myself, HUMAN. The site was supervised, controlled and managed with an iron fist, but very much in a velvet glove. Mr Deboulpaepe took charge of our site in an ultra-competent manner and made the few months of construction a very real pleasure. We knew that our "eggs" were safe and that our assigned baby-sitter was keeping a close eye on things. It was a real pleasure to have Mr Deboulpaepe as the site supervisor.
I would just like to need by saying a sincere thank-you for such a wonderful job. Unlike what can be seen on the Web, building with Team Construct guarantees a building that combines choices of the heart and choices of reason, constructed by a close-knit team of ultra-professional and above all very HUMAN individuals. We were never made to feel like numbers and felt that we were involved in our construction project.
You have my permission to use this email as a rebuttal of the regular messages that seek to attack your company. More than just a collaboration, this project was an incredible and happy human adventure.
Although Mr Duchatel is the father of this company, it is thanks to you all that it continues to grow and to to prosper. Carry on your very good work and continue to make people happy like us.
